Marketing & Communications Coordinator
We are looking for an individual to manage and develop our marketing strategy. Our Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for developing campaigns and promotions to increase product awareness in the market. The candidate will be responsible for creating advertisements and other marketing initiatives to increase lead generation across sales teams. This candidate will assist in all preparation for events, sales promotions, collateral creation, and website updates. Our Marketing and Communications Coordinator will also be responsible for the reporting and analysis of all marketing initiatives. We are looking for creative, compelling, dedicated individuals who are eager to help our clients see the full benefit of the O-matic tools and create product interest/awareness. This position will report to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Experience & Skills:
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year college is required.
- 2+ years of successful marketing experience is required - software marketing preferred.
- Knowledge of the Raiser's Edge is a plus.
- Must possess superior communication skills with the ability to make clear, compelling and value-focused sales presentations.
- A goal-oriented team mentality and an organized, strong work ethic is required.
- Experience working with non-profits is desired.
Director of Professional Services
We are seeking a visionary leader who can grow and establish a professional services team. The Director of Professional Services will be responsible for identifying potential areas of opportunity and developing and implementing product consulting packages. This candidate will monitor and track professional services engagements to ensure our clients are satisfied, consulting engagements are successful and that staff stays up to date with product knowledge. The Director of Professional Services will perform the occasional consulting engagement and will review and approve all project proposals. In addition, the Director of Professional Services will be responsible for all Project Management of internal product development, client customizations and conversions. Ensuring timelines are met, cross team communication, and successful launch are vital to the growth of this department. his role will report to the Managing Partner.
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years consulting experience is required.
- Project Management experience is required.
- Knowledge of the Financial Edge or Raiser's Edge is required.
- A goal-oriented team mentality and an organized, strong work ethic is required.
- Strong technical skills are a plus.
Blackbaud Database Report Writer (FE/RE)
O-matic Software, a software company headquartered in beautiful Charleston, SC, is actively seeking an experienced report writer (Crystal Reports and/or Microsoft Reporting Services) that is familiar with Blackbaud's Financial Edge/Education Edge and/or Raiser's Edge databases. Experience with database conversions and a desire to learn or enhance technical/programming skills is a big plus.
Experience & Skills:
Knowledge of Education Edge, including Registrar's Office and Student Billing modules
Knowledge of the Raiser's Edge.
Database conversion experience
Programming skills (preferably Microsoft .Net, but a desire to learn goes a long way)
An irresistable urge to exceed the expectations of clients

Product Specialist
The Product Specialist will work with the sales team and company partners to provide software demonstrations and answer technical questions. The candidate will should understand non profit needs and will help organizations evaluate the product and understand the organizational benefits. The Product Specialist should be quick on their feet, consultative, energetic, and passionate about presenting technology solutions. As time allows, this candidate will assist with overflow support cases and perform an occasional implementation or training engagement. The Product Specialist will work closely with the development team to relay requested product enhancements. This role will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing.
Experience & Skills:
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to different audiences.
- Well spoken with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Prior knowledge of Blackbaud products required.
- Proficiency with the Internet, MS Office, and other software is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
- Bachelor's Degree.

Database Conversion Analyst
The Database Conversion Analyst will be responsible for managing and performing conversion projects from different databases into the Raiser's Edge. Conversion work will work closely with the Project Coordinator, Consultant(s) and the client to understand client needs and expectations and database design. The candidate will perform the importing, analyzing, mapping, converting, and test runs of customer data. The Conversion Analyst will ensure all timelines are met and hours are kept within assigned Scope of Work. This role will report to the Managing Partner.
Experience & Skills:
- Basic programming skills required.
- Knowledge of Raiser's Edge required.
- 2+ years Experience with conversions is required.

Support Specialist
We are seeking an efficient professional to join our product support team. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while resolving client issues on all O-matic products. This person will be able to communicate accurately and through a variety of methods while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment. The ability to tailor solutions to a variety of levels of client experience is essential. The Support Specialist will participate in a team environment, sharing ideas and knowledge across multiple teams to ensure effective and efficient customer service
Experience & Skills:
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year college is required.
