The Oregon Food Bank chooses O-matic Software’s Import-O-Matic to streamline their data entry into the Raiser’s Edge.

Like many organizations, the Oregon Food Bank was spending a lot of time manually entering their online gifts and direct mail replies into the Raiser’s Edge. The process of getting data from these outside sources into the Raiser’s Edge was not only complicated but also time consuming, and one that they needed to streamline. “Doing imports into Raiser’s Edge is something that every Raiser’s Edge user wants to simplify,” exclaimed Laura Lovato, the Donor Relations Manager with Oregon Food Bank.

Since using Import-O-Matic, the food bank's data processing has greatly improved and they now are able to efficiently process their online giving and direct mail responses into the Raiser’s Edge. During their busy season, when Laura normally finds herself under a pile a work, she gladly answered a call from us exclaiming “the only reason I can talk to you is because of your product and the amount of time we're saving by using it.”
